Hey!

Thanks for taking a look at my online store! I’m Loz, I’m 22 and have recently graduated from uni with a 1st class honors in Business Psychology. Although I find Psychology fascinating, being creative is my true passion!

I have a daughter, Caoimhe (pronounced kee-va, I know, the spelling makes no sense, it’s Irish!) who is my little post office assistant! I also now have a second little assistant, Stevie, who was born in September, and I'm sure Caoimhe will be helping her to pop stickers on all of your orders before I know it! Behind the scenes is also my fiancé, Mark, who is the entire reason I started this little business venture! He was the one who convinced me I should give this a shot after he saw me creating some artwork for our daughter’s nursery whilst I was pregnant. I eventually took his advice, and decided to give Loz Creates a chance. My business took off more than I ever could have imagined during my final year at university, and am now lucky enough for it to be my full-time job!

Thank you for being part of my journey! I’m beyond grateful for all the support I’ve been given and it means the world to be able to do what I do for a living!

I hope you find some items you love!

Loz x

Me!

I currently only offer UK delivery, however, if you are based elsewhere and would still like to order, please contact me and I will happily arrange this for you. Please note, you will be required to cover the additional shipping costs. I also offer a large number of my prints as digital downloads. These are cheaper and made instantly available to you via email to print from the comfort of your own home.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the majority of my products being custom made and/or personalised, I do not offer refunds. If a mistake has been made on my behalf or in cases where the product could have been lost in transit, a replacement will be sent as soon as possible.

If you have commissioned a custom piece from me such as an illustration, I will provide a sample of the piece for you to view before printing and posting. I am more than happy to make amendments to the design where needed to ensure you're 110% happy! If after seeing the sample you decide you're unhappy with the work, I can process you a refund. However, I will retain 25% of the price of your piece due to the time and effort I put into each and every one of my prints.

How long will it take to receive my order?

I aim to complete my orders within 5 working days of them being placed, however, if for some reason my lead times are longer, I will inform you of this and issue a refund if necessary. Second class UK postage is included in my prices, if you would like to upgrade to first class or special delivery, please contact me.

Do you take custom requests?

Yes! I love working on custom requests and will always do my best to bring your vision to life! If you would like to discuss a custom piece, please contact me!
