I aim to complete my orders within 3 working days, however, if for some reason my lead times are longer, I will inform you of this before payment. I ship my prints to you via second class post, however you can upgrade to first class for an extra £2. I also offer digital prints for a reduced price that is available to you instantly via email to print from the comfort of your own home. All of my prints are available in sizes A5-A1. A5 and A4 prints are printed onto 250gsm white card. A3 and above prints are printed on 180gsm matt paper. A4 and A5 prints will arrive to you in a non-bend envelope to prevent damage, whilst bigger sizes will come rolled in a postal tube.
If you have commissioned a custom piece from me such as an illustration, you will be asked for payment upfront. Once I have finished working on your piece, I will send across a sample for you to view. I am more than happy to make amendments to the design where needed to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the design. If after seeing the preview, you decide you no longer want the print, I can process you a refund. However, I will retain 25% of the price of your piece due to the time and effort that I put into each and every one of my prints.
Unless we have agreed for you to pay on a specific date, your order will not commence until payment is received, as each product is made to order. Payment can be taken via bank transfer or Paypal friends and family. I can issue you a receipt upon request. Products can not be returned as they are all made to order. If a mistake has been made on my behalf or in cases where the product could have been lost in transit, a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible.
