Self care is so so important for promoting a positive mindset and overall good mental health, but a lot of us make next to no time for ourselves. Which is exactly why I wanted to create the ‘Today is a brand new day’ daily planner!
Each page of the planner has space to record how you’re feeling, and take notice of the positive things that have happened throughout the day rather than focusing on negatives and what’s gone wrong. You can also set out your goals and tasks for the day, whilst keeping track of self care habits that will help you to feel more positive and motivated. As well as this, there is an area to vent your feelings and write down what’s on your mind, helping you to not bottle everything up and instead allow reflection. Finally, there are some simple steps to help you feel grounded and bring you back to reality when it all get’s too much or you feel overwhelmed. It’s my hope that these pads will help you feel good and love yourself a little more!
Due to their size, they’re also perfect to pop in your handbag and use whilst on the go too!
Each pad is £12 including P&P for an A5 sized pad, with 50 x tear away sheets of quality 120gsm smooth paper, glued on one edge and backed with heavy greyboard.

I ship my prints to you via second class post, however you can upgrade to first class for an extra £2. I also offer digital prints for a reduced price that is available to you instantly via email to print from the comfort of your own home. All of my prints are available in sizes A5-A1. A5 and A4 prints are printed onto 250gsm white card. A3 and above prints are printed on 180gsm matt paper. A4 and A5 prints will arrive to you in a non-bend envelope to prevent damage, whilst bigger sizes will come rolled in a postal tube.
